Valtrex for the EBV and Valcyte for HHV6. Many pts take both. I would like to try AV's in the future too.

Valcyte side effects can be severe. For the HHV-6, maybe try something naturopathic?
You could also try things like monolaurin, oil or oregano, olive leaf extract, but not sure how effective they are against HHV-6.

L-lysine can help with treating viral infections, active or dormant. The therapeutic dose is at least 4 grams per day, preferably more though. Search on google and you will find loads of good information on this amazing supplement.
