I started Diflucan 2 days ago, 100mg. So far I feel an increase in body and joint pain but a clearer head. What is supposed to happen?

Sounds like a mild herx. I always took 100mg twice a day.

i herxed almost within a couple of hours after taking the first pill...

diflucan rocks for me...that is when i can get it.

I too herxed within a few hours and a pretty bad one at that. It does work well in the long run - for me anyway.

I am on it a week today. I have noticed pretty severe pain in lower back now getting worse. Does this stuff have a cumulative effect?

Is your liver OK?? I've never had that reaction, so I don't know.
