It's thorough, but nothing groundbreaking. It's well-organized and easy to read. Mostly supplement and lifestyle recommendations. Some on Rx meds.
He's promoting his practice and building multiple income streams. Naturally, you can buy all the recommended supps from his website. He also does free Webinars. And Skype appts.
It's a doctors' office, not a retail giant. I doubt they have robospamming capacity. But if you like a nice clean inbox, skip the download. Or just request to have your name removed from their email list.
