It can be prescribed for that. It is also used for Altitude Sickness. My NP was going to prescribe it for me when I was going to take a vacation up in the Rockies. But she warned that the side effects could be as nasty as the Altitude Sickness.

Yes...but havent taken it ..because i worry about side effects or some weird reaction. But if my head pressure doesnt ease i may try it. I just havent heard of anyone using it so thought i would ask.

When i read about it, it looks like they prescribe it for glaucoma. What were the nasty side effects he mentioned...worse than head exploding? Lol
