He is to stop antibiotics for awhile. Is there a link between H Pylori and low platelets Is there a link between Pandas and platelets

He tested negative for all co's but IGG for west nile. We suspect he has bart. He is currently on mino, tindamax and plaquenil. I am about to do a stool test to check for parasites.
