Any experience with insurance carriers paying "out of network" benefits for this testing?

Maybe you could ask the lab what they know.

Our insurance didn't cover this.
We ordered the comprehensive panel ($920) and they initially charge $695 of the $920. Our daughter cultured positive within 3 weeks so they did not require the comprehensive.
They only charge the balance if they culture for the extended period.
Note we used them twice, the first time (2 months off medications after 2 years on meds) with a negative culture.
Second time 6 months off medications and cultured quickly.
