- Stress - defined as any thing that is hard on any system can contribute to most physcial contitions, though.
And the kidney-endocrine maze and cardiac system & neurological signaling is all tied to blood pressure function so, when one system is not tip-top, there can be a domino effect, of course.
But it's not stress, alone, that flips the switch. The "faulty wiring" has set the stage already. -

- Whe you read up on it - so that you get the better "definitions" for how it goes with us, with a cross search of both "lyme" and "CFS" - the CFS researchers understand it very well and much has been written about that in their circles. And that applies to us, too.
Also cross search with NMH, very similar and some good explanaitons that cover both POTS & NMH.
EXERCISE INTOLERANCE is (partially) explained in the article: "when exercise doesn't work out" (and what we can do about that)
ADRENAL, CARDIAC, MITOCHONDRIA & MYELIN SUPPORT - that all helps movement better work for us
Styles discussed: Pilates; Qi Gong; Tai Chi; Yoga; water; strolling; etc. -

No way. It's not an anxiety disorder. It's an autonomic dysfunction.

No, stress just makes every real already existing physical condition worse!
Stress is also the go to diagnosis for doctors who are too lazy to figure out the original cause of your condition Posts: 442 | From usa | Registered: Oct 2010
