Have you been evaluated for BPPV? A simple in-office procedure can relieve it if done properly.

Acupuncture helped me the most with it. Also, I haven't had an episode since treating for parasites. If only people knew about parasites.

Benign Positional (some other P) Vertigo.
I had it a couple of years ago. I went to an audiologist who diagnosed and treated it. She taught me some easy exercises and it went away.

Annie, I treated for parasites in a broad spectrum manner (humaworm, salt/c, etc, and eventually parasite meds). There is a wonderful thread here called THE PARASITE WARRIOR'S THREAD chocked full of info.
The whole parasite thing is sort of like lyme. People have to be open to consider the possibility that they have them, or they won't treat. Yet it was stated at last year's ILADS conference that parasites are THE number one co infection. Go figure. It's a huge missing link.

So this will help me tomorrow. :/) & $$$$.$$ ya think. Cuz I'm not able to. And thanks for the kindness to sit and type a post reply.

Agree with Catgirl. Check out the PARASITE WARRIORS SUPPPORT THREAD. It has been the missing link for many. Google parasite symptoms.

I have dealt with vertigo off and on for years. It's possible it's benign vertigo(as mentioned above). However, mine is not.
Here are some possible remedies I have used: sea bands (worn on wrists) put pressure on a pressure point on the wrist. People wear them when they go on cruises. You get them at a drug store. Worn the right way they can be quite effective. Anti-vert (meclizine) available over the counter at drugstore for motion sickness. Vertigo Heel (homeopathic) ordered over the Internet, fairly effective, even more so than meclizine. Benadryl (but not recommended to go this route for long). I also take anti nausea drug called Zofran when needed.
We're all different. These are what has helped me. You could start with sea bands (no drugs!) to see if that helps.
Good luck! Vertigo can be miserable, but there are aids to help.
