I use Swanson Ultra 100% pure Ubiquinol 100 twice a day, which is enhanced bioactivity CQ10.

Being a heart disease patient now, I shopped and searched around and decided I've always been happy with Swanson products.

Funny, no not so really funny at all-my cardio & staff asked me what ubiquinol is? HUH?

i know. sad. altho occasionally i run into a health care person with a clue. recently in hospital they had me on c and d3, primary says everyone loves fish oil...and doc i saw last week smelled like garlic. a lot.

i would have to wait for mail for that. i wanted to go to store today. my legs and arms feel like they have sand bags attached to them

I buy Swanson's too. It's cheap and seems to work.

I buy the 200mg CoQ10.

Try NOW brand, kayak. Some health food stores carry it.
