So I am on week six of treatment and I'm starting to feel worse. I have been feeling lousy for the
last few days. Week 1-4 of treatment I was starting to feel better and symptoms were starting to go
away but now everything is back again.

- You could have something else going on, of course.
Yet, in answer to the question, yes - it's common & expected to feel worse during treatment. It's likely a "Herxheimer" reaction. And, while lyme / TBD is/are bad enough, treatment is rough, too. Sorry.
Still, there are things that help. I hope your doctor started you on liver support before treatment started . . . and you may want to ask him/her about changes in that.
