I've been using VSL#3 for so long that I'm pretty much covered in regards to lactic acid bacteria... but I bet I'm low in bifido strains.
Any good products out there?

I hear that bifido infantis is a good strain to have because it's a good foundational probiotic and we need it starting when we are young. I think Natren sells one with the strain.
