My liver numbers are really out of whack high. Waiting on supps but they dangerously high due to a mix of meds. Besides castor oil. Deny detox. ? Doing milk thistle and Nac. Waiting on hepa 2, liver protect and
Alamax, anyone know any way to get numbers down?

Try doing a search with liver and detox, a bunch should come up.

More will likely come to respond.

Just, don't take too many things at once for one condition....even good things can tax a burdened body.

Are you eating a lot of sugar?? Sugar can throw liver numbers off.

I just saw I put kelp. Help. No sugar. Think psych med ANC progesterone can't tolerate liver, stopped progesterone a few days ago and lowering psych meds, ;(

*over-the-counter medications containing

*acetaminophen

*Drink more water

*milk thistle

*Reduce or stop med's (under doctors orders) - even over-the-counter medications can raise liver enzyme levels

*Reduce consumption of fatty foods

A friend of mine's went to 780 or something. They thought he was about to go into liver failure. It went back to normal on its own.

Later he suspected it might have been from energy drinks. I doubt you are doing that though!

No energy drinks here. Stopping all supps except liver ones for a day or two. Retest thurs. I'm so tired of all of this like you are.

Why did he suspect energy drinks?

Did he have any other symptoms, and did they resolve?

I wonder how long it took for his enzymes to come within range.
