So, off abx 3 months, last round of co-artem was 2 months ago. I just finished a 30 day round of diflucan/nystatin which was rough, but afterwards I started feeling much better- had some almost normal days!

Now I am on an herbal parasite - wormwood, clove and black walnut hull
Today, I had a weird episode which lasted around an hour- felt nauseous, had sudden pain in upper back/shoulders and thighs, rapid heartrate, and felt like I was breathing hard..like I was sort of short of breath. And my tongue was burning..which just started a few weeks ago.

Can a parasite herx cause this? It went away after an hour or so. I've also woken up some mornings burning up, and short of breath..feels like menopause on steroids...worried babs is back

Anyone have a bad parasite herx? Can parasites cause this? Worried the wormwood may have stirred up babs [Frown]

Hi Beths,

Congrats on some normal days!
[woohoo]

Awesome!

Yes, my experience with herbals, same ones you are taking, is the shoulder thing and upper back thing is familiar. Dry cough. The spins. Never had stomach upset during parasite cleanses. Just other systems got mixed up.

When I read Hulda Clark's book she mentions Ascaris. We cough up larvae, swallow, then they go through the second half of their life in our guts, lay eggs etc.

I remember my "asthma" got so bad during the Hanna Kroeger kit, I thought for sure the cause of all my breathing problems was ascaris.

Who knows, but after about ten days of hard breathing it went away.

Are you taking any binders or fiber to help the toxins exit your body? Is it a pre-mixed cleanse kit?

Mostly the pre made kits-they will also have fiber/apple pectin pills which are handy to pull toxins out.

Activated charcoal works good also.

FYI, you may notice very bizarre dreams too, don't be alarmed, happened to me as well.

Good for you for doing the mop up after kicking TBD butt!

[Smile]

I got very ill for almost a day right smack in the middle of a 30 day humaworm parasite cleanse. It was my second or third cleanse. And I've heard of others doing the same. Feels like a bad stomach flu.

Other parasite cleanses caused an overall malaise throughout the entire cleanse. And then I've done cleanses with no die off reaction at all.

Every cleanse was different for me and then when I rifed for a couple of years I feel pretty clean (especially since I'm doing Art for Babs)

It dose sound like you could be experiencing parasite dieoff.

Get rid of the little monsters LOL

Yes. When the bugs are dying they release toxins into you, which then make you herx. You need binders to help pull the toxins out of you. Anything that kills parasites can stir up babs, even GSE. It's stirring it up and killing it at the same time.
