Why isn't dreaming all night good?
Doesn't that mean you are getting REM sleep, the deepest form of sleep?
I would give anything if my son could get REM and stage3-4 sleep.
What do you think is enabling this putnam?
I mean, r u having nightmares?

no nighmaraes, this just makes depersonalization more intense the next day. I want to hug my pillow and wake up myself one day and stay that way. I can dream of that.

oh Putnam.....you are you, your just a little shifted right now.
Same with my son.
My daughter struggled with depersonalization, and she has(d) headaches and two white spots on her MRI.
She's the one that's doing the best-
