Yes, got rid of that with babs treatment and general germ load reduction.
I think the best regimen for me was Byron White a-bab and detox like crazy to get rid of the crazy.
Good luck keep at it.

Have you had your thyroid levels checked? T3 and TSH. I tested low T3, started taking Armour thyroid and felt present again. A metabolism issue for me.

Treating babs and parasites (same thing) helped me get rid of it.

Putnam, can you do coffee enemas to help you detox (worth a shot)? Nothing will work if you can't detox the toxins out (you will just get clogged). Binders will also help detox.

Also, how are your adrenals? I don't think much will work if adrenals aren't addressed.

Putnam, Looking posted this over in GENERAL (transcranial magnetic stimulation), under Yolanda Foster's appearance.

...I thought she did a pretty good job for the very short time they gave her. Left me with ?? about the TMS so I looked up some info.

Just thought this was interesting as to why the TMS (Transcranial magnetic stimulation) therapy may have helped Yolanda think better.

Many lyme patients understand the disconnected or depersonalization symptoms which TMS is supposed to have some success with, as well as depression which is an accepted application for this technique in the US. So it seems to be a legit therapy. Have a look:

Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation improves depersonalization: a case report.

Abstract

Depersonalization disorder is a poorly understood and treatment-resistant condition.

This report describes a patient with depersonalization disorder who underwent six sessions of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on the left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex.

Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation produced a 28% reduction on depersonalization scores.

This next site shows good illustrations of the device which is used here for depression.

And this is an article titled : Magnets 'help regrow brain cells' that surmises that the magnetic treatment is more likely to be a way of slowing progression of the disease than a cure.

In lyme disease this would make sense if it helped regrow healthy brain cells while knocking down the parasite population which could then result in improved brain function at least for a while.

Interesting!

Bartonella is usually associated with depersonalization; not connected to anything. Babesia was more numb and apathetic for me.

I got rid of it the first time with Bactrim but it took 9 months. This time the NP gave me bactrim again but I want to try Rifampin.

Honestly none of the herbs, tinctures etc work. I did massive amounts of them and I tried everything anyone suggested. I took 16 HH capsules a day, clove bud oil, oregano, Jananese Knotweed, cumanda, samento - and all at the same time! I just got sicker.

I had to heal from Levaquin so I understand where you are. That is why I took the herbs and tinctures.

Bactrim is a sulfur drug. It does not give me yeast like some drugs but it does create a lot of ammonia, which doesn't help the brain fog or headaches.

Wish I had a better answer!
