LLMD wants to address high viral titers....I know we all have these but he is concerned about the HHv6 in particular.
Immunovir? They have found that Valcyte just drives the viruses deeper so probably best to address naturally...but what is proven to work against EBV and HHV6?

You might want to look into using Olive Leaf Extract for your problem. The best one is Seagate brand. See their website at www.seagateproducts.com
Btw - I am in no way affiliated with this product or company, just trying to help.
Read Dr. Morton Walker's book, "Olive Leaf Extract" which you might find in your local library or buy it used on Amazon for very little.
Here is a link for a very informative thread on Lymenet about OLE:

I was just told by my LLMD to take the herbal antiviral Takuna. I haven't ordered it yet (through Nutramedix).

I've had luck with coconut oil. Took antiviral meds for 2+ years and numbers continued to increase.
Stopped antivirals for about 5 months and started coconut oil and numbers finally started to drop.

chaga mushrooms or reishi mushrooms - very powerful! Also I second the olive leaf suggestion and colloidal silver.

I don't take coconut oil, just the Lauricidin. It is highly concentrated monolaurin.
I do one scoop with each meal, three times a day.

Dr. H in his latest book says he is doing a trial with Byron White Formula A-EB/H6, and his patients are responding well.
I've been taking it for a few months and had to build up slowly due to herxing.
I haven't been tested lately for HHV6, but my titers were quite high last time.
Lauricidinn and olive leaf are mildly beneficial.
Valtrex was toxic for me.
My former LLMD also had me taking Researched Nutritionals Transfer Factor PlasMyc for HHV6 and mycoplasma. When I stopped taking it, my titers went up. It is rather expensive though.
