Question this is very important Can I get vaccinated for measles(MMR) with lyme disease? it is going around and my husband works with the Amish where it is spreading like wild flowers. he is being vaccinated again. Should I too. My 4 month old grandson lives with us also and he can not be vaccinated yet, I do not want him to get ill because we carried it in are home.

You could get a blood titer test for measles (as I'm sure you've been vaccinated for measles in your past)
'Titers are blood tests that check your immune status to vaccinations or diseases you may have received in the past. If you’re titers results are positive, it means that you have adequate immunity to a particular infectious disease. Therefore, you do not need to get that particular vaccine.'

Thank you just call the doctor and the nurse is going to see if the doctor will do a titer for me. Should not be a problem she said..
