Red Root is good!

I use a tincture-try to evaporate the alcohol off.

(It also helps cellulite-bonus!)

Dry brushing is really great also!

Both are gentle.

I find lymph drainage massage is too intense for my body to recover from.

Cold Laser Lymphatic Drains if Possible with
the vibration tool to do a final push

I have lymphoma and the cold laser and vibrational tool is most affective but you have to find a practitioner if you don't own one.

Rebounding is great and Dry bruising and massages also and all the above ideas.
Tons of water if you do do a push of the lymphs

We can sign up with www.lymelesslivemore.com to watch 12 interviews for free May 29-31. Speaker #3, Marc Weill - not an MD so I think I can mention his name - addresses lymph system issues - go see!
