I am planning to see Dr. J.for lyme and babesia duncani.
I am doing quite ok but my tests still look not so good.
Is it a good idea to travel to see him or is he just ordering the abx.

The tests will always look bad. Go by symptoms. If you are "doing quite ok" then continuing to do what you are doing would seem reasonable to me.
