I think it is hard to tell if you didn't have an MRI before Lyme. I have a small lesion in the parietal lobe which was noticed after my Lyme appeared.
But it is so very small and I had never had a MRI before Lyme. It has not changed in subsequent MRI's, so it might not be Lyme related.
Sorry I can't help more. Maybe others can.

You should be able to request the MRI report from your medical records dept. it will have the results written up. I just got mine back. I have a small white spot on the horn of my parietal lobe... I think it was referred to as an area of FLAIR... I tried to find it on the image disk I got but couldn't see it.
I read lyme damage is referred to as lesions but they're more like fuzzy white spots that may indicate no blood flow rather than what you think of when you picture a lesion.
You can google lyme lesion or lyme MRI images to see an example of what to look for.
