does anybody get a flushed red face but only around the eyes, nose and cheeks?
when I get exhausted like this morning cleaning my kitchen, my face got beet red. I w a s sweating so bad my hair was wet and my eyes were blurry and itching like crazy.
my hips, arms and legs felt like the joints were coming apart and I had to sit down every few minutes.
I get these spells where my face looks like a raccoon with a pimply rash.
I hate this.

What were you using to clean the kitchen? That sounds like a combo of sweating and having a reaction to cleaning products.
I'm allergic to a common ingredient in even natural cleaning products, methyllisothiazolinone. It's even in 7th generation.

I cleaned my oven with oven cleaner. the windows were open and fan was on. this cleaner was supposed to be harsh chemical free.
and I was running back and forth to the utility room doing laundry.
my sister, the one with ra and don't forget mom who had osteo, said I should get a sed rate and complete arthritis panel done. whatever the hell that is. said to look for lupus.
and my other sister called crying, yeah right, call me after the way you treated me when mom died...oh sorry I digress...
anyway dr told her she had the worst case of celiac he has ever seen. she has these awful sores on her skin. I swear it looks like leprosy or something. her skin is paper thin and she bruises very easily.
ah, wait a minute. got to think. I started a new candida protocol about 3-4 days ago. two capsules once a day. might be that.
well if my life was a toliet fate would be flushing it.

Chemicals can cause this, yes... Doubtful that you need to worry about Lupus at this point in time. Many other things are more likely.
If you sister is a celiac, then you could definitely be. The tests are about as valid as Lyme tests. The best test is avoidance.

She is thinking that you may have a "butterfly rash," which is a symptom of Lupus. Researchers think that Lupus may be due to Lyme.
Google for pictures of butterfly rash.

how do you get a dr to test for celiac? they already think im crazy and if I go in saying "oh doc by the way ive got these symptoms and my sister has celiac and mom w a s diabetic can you test me?"
last time I suggested anything he go so snippy I th hought he was going to th hrow me out.

Don't need a doctor to test through EnteroLab.com
Can do stool antibody test and/or genetic screen (cheek swab) for Celiac genes.
They email you a report when the tests are completed.

Don't need a test. It would be great to have one. Enterolab is one I've always wanted to do though. Don't have the $$$.
Other testing OFTEN comes back negative.
That is why I said to avoid it. If you adhere to a very strict diet (NO GLUTEN) for a few weeks (6 weeks at least), you WILL KNOW if you have an issue with gluten.

celiac is not a gluten intollerence so you must be careful.
intollerence can injure your celia, just like celiac, but celiac desease is more injurious and can cause death.
people with celieac can have no gluten ever.
they thought I had it. you must be actually eating gluten for about 6 months so they can see the damage.
if you want to go to dr to be tested just find new GI dr, no? I don't see why any dr wouldn't test you with the symptoms you are having. and your family history. it's a simple procedure. but if you can afford the at home genetic testing that would probably be better, and no snip coming out of your gut, which the dr would surely do.

I'm on medicare and I bet they don't pay for alot of this stuff. mailing it is preferable and I don't have to see any dr.
and I'm still sneezing like crazy after I eat anything.

If you sneeze after you eat, you ate something you are allergic to. Very simple.
Keep a food log - write down what you eat every single time. And write down any symptoms that come up during the course of the day. It doesn't have to be elaborate, but it does need to be honest. Give it a month and you will see the patterns. My Allergist had me do this because he refused to test me for everything under the sun. It was hugely easy to see what my issues were after I did this.

My allergist said the testing for food allergies is so unreliable that he wouldn't even do it .. unless I wanted to just spend the $500 for fun.
Sneezing after eating can indeed indicate a histamine intolerance.
PS .. the gold standard for celiac testing can come back negative unless you eat AT LEAST the equivalent of 5 slices of bread a day for AT LEAST 3 months. That was something I refused to do and something they DIDN'T know to have me do back in 1980 when I was first tested.

Medicare pays for celiac testing. It's an easy blood test and you need a combo of tests:
AGA (antigliadin antibodies)-IgA AGA-IgG tTG (anti-tissue transglutaminase)-IgA EMA (anti-endomysial antibodies)-IgA Total serum IgA
"Of these, the EMA-IgA blood test is considered the most specific to celiac disease, meaning that if you have a positive result on that test, you almost certainly have celiac disease. However, the EMA-IgA also may miss some people with the condition, especially people whose intestinal villi haven't been completely destroyed."
