It just seems different from other herxes I've had. Maybe bart herxes have a bad CNS effect. Ugh Tough to say.

Good question, does minocycline hit bartonella as well as lyme? Are you on only minocycline?

I also cannot take 100 mino twice a day. Even 100 doxy a day is only possible for 3 -4 days.

I had to go slow on mino at first. Only 50-100mg the first couple of months, then I started pulsing at 200mg 5-10 days at a time. Now I'm at 200mg full time and added another antibiotic in as well.
