Hi all! What herbals or supplements have you found help to combat yeast?

I've been taking this ADP (Dietary Supplement with Emulsified Oil of Oregano) it says on the bottle.

I was wondering if anyone had success with anything else. It seems to work alright, but it costs quite a bit so I wanted to see what alternatives I might have.

Thanks in advance!! :-)

Oregano oil didn't work for me. ADP was the same kind I was taking for 9 months (high dose too, something like 6 a day).

I just posted this thread. Look at the paper. It goes over options in the "yeast" section.

I take these now and candida isn't an issue (only flared on levaquin).

Thorne SF722
Nystatin
L-Lysine if it's really bad
saccharomyces boulardii (away from the above)

Caprylic Acid too.

Buy a high quality probiotic. Theralac, Custom Probiotics, Ultimate Flora .. any of those.
