It's been a while, hope all are holding their own. Back on rocephin only 11 days. Physical stuff subsiding but last two days brain really off. Have joint pain mild than what I started with. Was in hospital for almost 2 mos. to learn coping skills. Anyone know with hyponatremia if I could take a bath with Epson salt. I can't retain salt, eould it help with herxing or treatment and not mess with salt? Thanks for always being there, it's been a ride. God bless.

Have you had your adrenals checked (cortisol, aldosterone levels)?
Trouble holding sodium is a trademark of weak adrenals.
At the least make sure to add salt (sea salt or himalayian) to meals.

Hey there, LIP! Good to hear from you! I do hope you are a bit better??
Did you ever get a chance to go on the Magnesium Advocacy Group on FB?? They have info on copper toxicity which can cause severe depression and other mental stuff.
I'm sure many of us have the copper issue. It's fairly common.. esp with weak adrenals.
