so, i have been taking colloidal silver and I have been doing pretty good. I have felt better physically.
One thing I noticed when I started taking both azithromycin and silver was i felt better physically but started having speedy thoughts, what i imagine add must feel like, maybe. It was tolerable and even welcome with the physical improvement. I thought maybe my brain was trying to wake up, lol
I just want to say that silver isn't the only thing to cause it. The thing is i have taken silver much longer cause azith caused chest pain.
Now, I am getting hard core racing thoughts. To the point where a thought/song repeats over and over. Making me feel crazy. I am also feeling a bit short of breath.
Exercise also brings these symptoms on as well as the silver, actually the exercise causes it at its worst.
Any thoughts? is this a coinfection? anything that will help?

For me, racing thoughts, SOB and a whole bunch of other symptoms, had a lot to do with pathogenic gut flora. Doing the GAPS introduction diet without vegetables (initially) has helped me more than anything else.
A lot of these psychiatric like symptoms can originate from toxins produced by bad gut flora. Bacterial, protozoan, parasitic worms/nematodes, fungi, they all can add to this problem.

Maybe, but without the right diet the probiotics probably wont do much. Restoring gut flora takes more than just popping a probiotic pill once or twice a day.
If you are unfamiliar with the GAPS diet, you may want to look it up. On the website you can find a whole bunch of information. The book of course has a lot more detail, if you wish to pursue this direction.
Also know that the introduction diet is way more powerful than the full GAPS diet, so never skip that part.

In addition, if you want a cheap probiotic, start with homemade milk kefir. Kefir contains a very strong mix of good bacteria and yeasts, and it wont cost you much.
All you need is to acquire kefir grains (start with 1/2oz) and good quality milk. But any milk will do actually. You only have to buy the kefir grains once, and you can use them over and over again. Maybe you can even get them for free from someone on this forum who lives nearby?

I have suffered with a racing brain for years, horrible.
I agree with s13 totally about the gut.
Dysbiosis screws up all your intestinal neuro transmitters and add all the toxins in.
Watch your carb intake and make sure you're not constipated
5htp and l-theanine have helped me tremendously with brain racing. They won't fix your gut but they will give you some relief from that racing.

I just don't get why this came out of nowhere. why would silver or exercise cause this?
I bought some probiotics today and I will be checking out the gaps diet.
Low carb diet is hard for me. i have tried existing off meat and veg and for some reason it makes me feel unsatisfied and hungry.
Maybe my body is missing bread or something?

Make sure you get the true alive kefir grains. Not the powder starter kits. Kefir grains have more strains of bacteria and yeasts, and they keep growing and growing.
Also, ask around if someone you know makes kefir. Everyone who makes it has to throw out a little bit each time, because the grains grow ~10% every day. So you can probably get some for free anyway.
Sauerkraut should be homemade from cabbage. You can buy the cabbage anywhere.
Kefir is easy and fast to make, ~1 day fermentation. Sauerkraut takes a bit more effort and time, about 4 weeks.
