My mom keeps her lyme away with monolaurin, from inspired nutrition. Monolaurin is the part of coconut oil that is most effective...
I have lyme also though and it doesn't help me at all... but I also know a lyme friend who finds it very helpful when antibiotics etc. have failed him. Def. worth the try!

I bought some good quality virgin coconut oil last night. I'm going to give it a try.
