Been feeling really poorly lately

Lower back pulsing and righ lower back pain

Muscle tightness and moving slowly

Yet decided to walk on the treadmill at the gym

Only half hour and no running

Steam room was hot but not in there longer than 10 mins

On exit my legs , which lately it seems I need to think to move , were burning COLD

I've never had this before

I. Seeing a neurologist tomorrow

Although I don't have any hope that he will have any answers I'm going to satisfy my MD and because these neuro symptoms are getting much worse...and who knows

Bec I do have herniated discs and maybe they're getting worse?

I just started once again dr z's allicin regimen maybe that has something to do with it?
