I was taking Turmeric for inflammation when my husband told me that he'd read an article on the pros and cons of Turmeric that said it could make your blood pressure medicine less effective. My blood pressure had been high as well
as my pulse so I'm switching to Bromelain and hoping it will help my knees.

A combo of anti-inflammatory ingredients works better for me. I like InflamAway by Natura Health Products.
In addition to Bromalain, InflamAway also contains Boswellia, Feverfew, Magnolia Bark, Andrographis, Chinese Skullcap and Ginger. I also like Nettle and Devil's Claw in tincture form.
