I've tried these before and they don't seem to do much. A slight calming effect, though, maybe. I like bluelyme's evaluation of it....might work if it's rattling your teeth, ha ha. Posts: 1308 | From Eastern USA | Registered: Oct 2013

- Not sure to which post / technique you refer by just saying "YouTube"
There are some really good rife presentations - as in lecture materials - at YouTube. And some call themselves "rife" but are not.
Using one's stereo speakers, however, is NOT rife. Not at all.
And that could cause problems for the heart IF vibrations are heavy bass driven. For many reasons:
1. The heart. QT rhythm issues are frequent for those with lyme. Heavy bass / beat driven impulses can cause heart rhythm issues.
2. Seizures. Also not uncommon with lyme are seizures and certain impulses can be a trigger.
3. Inner ear pressure, vertigo, nausea can result from certain pulsations.
And - if such beats / pulses or whatever they might be called have any surprises with change of rhythm, that can be worse
4. Spirochetes really hate vibration and will get angry, release more toxin and burrow more deeply, going into cystic form to try to buffer vibration.
Some lighter vibrations can be okay but rife is not about what comes our of a stereo speaker in terms of shake, rattle or roll.
The best healing vibrations for us are more organic, like from singing, humming, music from instruments right in front us. A stereo can provide some healing vibes at reasonable intensity but that is entirely different from rife.
