I thiought my strange eye issues were lyme related or something, but when I recently went away and didn't look at a screen for 3 days my eyes self corrected and were almost perfect again. I remember something being said on here a while back about all this, but I forget what it was or how if anything can help?

anyone??

i really use the computer a lot- for research and some work.

When you use the computer, you blink less. So, if a person is already suffering from dry eye, the computer will make that condition much worse.

Those with dry eye are told to make themselves blink more often when using the computer.
