Figured it sounds good, so I took it. Half of the recommended dose and all I can say is WOW!!!
I don't remember the last time I was knocked for such a loop! My heart rate was flying off the charts and waking me from my sleep at around 100 (I get uncomfortable once it hits the 80s).
Crazy pounding, panic attacks, just completely off. My heart was so bothersome I ran off to see the cardiologist swearing I'm going to have a heart attack.
My question is, could this have been a herx? My symptoms were dominantly cardiac, but still all came on suddenly after I started this supplement. Taken 1/2 dose, 2 days in a row.
Obviously, I haven't taken anymore.
Any input, thoughts or experiences are greatly appreciated!
Happy holidays all!

It's hard to tell what happened because of these multi content products.
If you reacted to hyaluronic acid, or gluthathione, or whatever inside that product, how can one know?
Even if you take a single substance and reacts, the questions are still:
- was it a herx? - was it simply a detox boost? - was is an allergic reaction? - was it an intolerance reaction? - was it a reaction with something else I'm taking (interaction of chemicals)? - was it a reaction to the plastic capsule? - to the additives (like magnesium stearate, preservatives...) - is it a problem with my detox pathways?
These are questions for single supplements (already HARD to figure, in my opinion),
... but when you take something with more than 1 ingredient and react, you can just play on the lottery and ask. Impossible to know, in my opinion, unless you are familiar to all the ingredients, except for one...
As for herx and detox: you feel the same, in the end. when you herx you feel crap.
When you take a heavy metal mobilizer, you may even feel worse.
When you take anything that makes the bile move fast, you feel crap.
At least, that has been my experience. That is why I go one by one, single substance by single substance: it gets easier to figure out what's happening!
It's just a suggestion of course!

The only ingredient I'm not super familiar with is hyaluronic acid.
I do take take a glutathione supplement but in pill form. This is a liquid form and from what I read, liquid forms may be more potent.
When I looked up the ingredients, I didn't find any interactions and took it quite far apart from anything else.
So I suppose you're right. I have no clue which I reacted to. Whatever it was, it was a super strong reaction.
It definitely made the bile and motivated my gut, that's for sure! Which in our cases, is likely a good thing.
Crossing my fingers I can figure it out.
It actually tastes pretty good and you put a teaspoon in club soda. Refreshing and I feel like I'm enjoying a nice soda which I no longer consume with this wretched disease.
Happy Holidays to you! :-)

de-ionized water: this alone can improve detox (as well as ionized water, it can be like a boom of detox for some people!)
Xylitol: I don't know if you know it, it is anti bacterial too. It could then, theoretically, cause herxes (just a guess).
I used to take some xylitol, and I know my body does not like it in great amounts. In little amounts, it's fine. My daughter though likes it. She doesn't seem to react badly to it.
Acai is a Brazilian fruit, tasty in my opinion, full of vitamin C, and flavonoids, good for viruses, if my memory is good. People there take it against colds (and it is a known good anti-oxidant).
If you aren't allergic to it, it can only help then, in my feeling.
Citric acid is everywhere. I use it to clean my kitchen, as it is known to take limestone away.
I guess, it's very acid, like the name says, but I suspect that the final effect in the body is to alkalize it.
I do not drink citric acid in chemical form though, but we know citric acid is an additive that is everywhere in food.
I'd rather take natural stuff (like real orange juice) instead! Just because I react much better to natural things, as they are seen as food, not as medicine by my body (just a feeling!).
I'm recently just treating myself with kimchi, because it is FULL of organic sulphur compounds, that are precurssors (sp?) to gluthathione.
I swear I reacted badly to it! And it's JUST FOOD!
I hope you are feeling better. And just go slow with everything, it' safer!
