Has anyone experienced an electric shock feeling - mine are in head and hands before drifting off to sleep? Sometimes I have as much as 7. DOes not happen in day.
Haven't figured out a connection whether on or off treatment.
Think it might be sleep aids but have no idea which one. Also on Ivermectin.
Been at this over 6 years but this is new the past 6 months or so.
Appreciate any insights.

I have read about others having this as well. It must be unnerving to have this right before drifting off to sleep.
I have different symptoms that are 24/7 sizzling and buzzing in my head, face and ears, which are sometimes more noticeable as I drift off to sleep.
I wonder if these symptoms are related to misfiring of neurons or something gone wrong in our nervous systems.

It's a serotonin imbalance. They're common and they won't kill you, and they're sort of meaningless as a symptom. It happens a lot to people who are coming off of anti-depressants. Just be glad they're not constant -- it should stop, you know, eventually like all this stuff does.

In Dr. S's Checklist, under Lyme (Borrelia) - Skin symptoms, I found "shock sensations." You might want to take a look and see if you think that could be it. The book is available on Amazon.

You might consider finding someone who can muscle test you for whatever it is your body needs. 5HTP helps me but I only need it occasionally.
