Don't take this as discouraging, please.

I don't think silver will really address the twitching and burning very much and could make it worse due to herxheimer reaction IF liver support is not adequate.

Silver works deeper, in a way I can't explain what my thoughts are, though.

Silver can help against various infections, sure. Yet, if body tissues have been affected, silver is not going to HEAL those or even soothe them. Something else would need to go along with it for temporary soothing and a more comprehensive help to heal the affected tissues.

Magnesium can help soothe right away, though, if the twitching and burning are do to overactive neuron firings.

Gotu Kola and Lion's Mane mushroom can help to heal tissue.

Herb Pharm SKULLCAP / scullcap tincture can help soothe within a couple minutes, too. Non-alcohol is best and to hold in mouth.

Salvia m. can also help in symptom relief / better circulation.

I have links sets for most of the things I mentioned. Do you want those? If so, later on.

Colloidal silver works best with antibiotics. Only use amounts a few multiples of normal daily intact of silver. To answer your question, it will start working right away but may take time for improvement to be noticed, like anything with Lyme and associated diseases.

Colloidal silver worked immediately with babesia treatment. Zithromax is a macroglide and Mepron with arts cycled crypto. Then added colloidal silver. Colloidal silver is a biofilm buster and helps with neuron connections.
