Hello All,

What to take for edema. Not mobile enough to do normal exercising, walking w/walker difficult and hard to tolerate different herbs mixed together. Plus getting lots of spots one arms, legs and now face. Agh.......HELP!!e

It depends. If the heart needs to be strengthened then Hawthorn is good.

Dandelion tea.

It is a natural diuretic and two cups a day (I mix mine with decaf green tea) for several days will reduce edema.
