I'm sure you all have noticed if you wake up in the morning after sleeping in a certain way you may have lines or indentions on your face arms or whatever Exposed Skin.
I'm sure this is quite normal but I now get this and it takes a very very long time for it to go away.
Perhaps it's part of the aging process and I'm just now noticing this. I was just wondering if anyone else has gotten this and if they associate it with lyme or aging?
Sorry if this seems to be a ridiculous question but wondered if I'm the only one?

Its like a blood pressure thing .perhaps a aldosterone-renin system failure or perhaps a nitric oxide thing ...when i first took abx for unrelated thing
its like i had vasculitis so bad that the capillary refill on my hands feet everywhere was really slow ..like zombie slow a bag of grocerys left deep indentions for 5 min
even now when i press the elevator my finger stays flat for a minute ..this process i believe is what started the wasting syndromes. Maybe it was heart inflammation as its gotten better with treatment. .
or maybe a gut thing with bacteria making NOxide...idk but chewing licorice helps ..venom helps

wow. I wasn't too worried but this sounds scary. Thought maybe it was part of getting older.
my fingers stay flat too.
how can I get to the bottom of this?
I am getting ready to do a comprehensive metabolic panel, as is routinely done, but I haven't had one in a while. Will that provide any answers?
anything else I should test for? How do u test for aldoseterone renin system failure or nitric oxide?

Good questions gigi. .. it is like you could monitor your blood pressure ,check kidney function and thorasic outlet but testing and equipment isnt that accurate /advanced
And like with most western medicine what to do even if they find the cause ?...maybe a physio doc/ rn or marnie will chime in

ok, I will check blood pressure. cmp should reveal basic kidney function I guess but thorasic outlet? don't know anything about that. I have had pretty extensive heart tests. blood test, ultrasound, heart holter etc. so maybe can cross that off? and silk pillow won't hurt. :)thanks!
