Watch the video at about 4:00 minutes, he explains how he chooses the best fingers to make the O-ring test.

It's a method using 2 people. Or 3 people (in the end of the video, they show it with another person testing).

Dr. K uses a similar test. He often refers to dr. Omura, saying that is where he inspired.

The series of videos show a bit how dr. Omura uses these energy tests.

This other video is also about the O-ring test, but the MD explains how to use a ONE PERSON test.

I was surprised to find out that this is the EXACT test I have been using for the last 10++ years.

Watch from minute 6:00 on to see how he explains it. the whole explanation is only from 6:00 to 7:30 (one and half minute!!!). That's the setting of the force, fingers etc.

Watch this 1.5 minute more than once, see if you got the meaning of it.

It follows the EXACT SAME LOGIC as the 2 people's test, but the right hand does the job of the MD, while the left hand does the job of the patient.

The MD says it is SO EASY to learn. I find it extremely easy too, it just takes a bit of practice.

I'm glad he posted that. He said that 'if you can drive a car, you can do this easy test!'

At 9:30, he makes a test with vit D. That's a good test I find.

The 'pointing with the finger' test, I don't really think it's a good one for starters...

So skip that 'pointing' test thing. Just place what you want to test inside your palms, on your lap, etc, on the body, with DIRECT CONTACT.

Every time you get close contact with the supplements, herbs, etc, the muscle tests get very clear.

Always think of NOTHING, if possible, while testing. Don't think 'good', 'bad', like, dislike, etc. Just try not to think, be neutral while testing. Always start practicing by putting substances DIRECTLY in contact with your skin, body.

It's much easier to feel the signals coming from the substances, then easier to feel changes in muscle tone.

If that all does not work (because most lyme patients have their regulations closed) tap the EFT points, acupuncture meridians, go outside, breathe fresh air, ground yourself, take good water etc...

Then try it again.

...

If it STILL does not work:
there are Buhner's suggestions!!!

BEATIFULLY EXPLAINED by Scott!!

http://www.betterhealthguy.com/images/stories/PDF/BUHNER%20CONF%20NOTES.pdf

----------------------------
How To Tell Which Herbs Are Right For You:

In the protocols listed below, you will notice that there are several herbs to treat each organism.

However, all of the herbs don’t work for all people.

To test which herbs will work for an individual, Stephen puts a drop of an herb in the patient’s mouth and then watches the patient’s physical reaction.

All of the herbs taste bad, so it isn’t about whether the patient likes the taste -

- it’s about the patient’s bodily reaction to the herb.

He said that when a person’s body wants the herb, there will be a noticeable relaxation of the muscles, a slight smile may appear, there may be a flush of color to the face, and the eyes may shine.

When the person’s body doesn’t want the herb, there will be a slight frown on the face and a tensing of the muscles.

During the conference, the owner of Woodland Essence (woodlandessence.com) passed
herbs around for the audience to taste.

It was really amazing how when we placed a drop on our hand and then tasted the herbs, we could really get a feeling for whether our bodies wanted the herb or not.

One of the funniest moments for me was when the woman sitting next to me tasted Cryptolepis.

Any of you who have taken Crypto know that it is one of the worst tasting things known to man, but when this lady tasted it, her immediate reaction was, ..

..“Oh! That tastes great!”

I looked at her and said incredulously, “Did you just say that tastes great?”

Her answer that was that she said it, but didn’t mean it, because it tasted horrible, but “that tastes great!” came out of her mouth.

She said it was her body’s reaction to wanting the herb so much that made her say it tasted great when her tongue said something different.

This was an extreme case of what Stephen was talking about with the your-body-will-tell-you thing.

Believe me or not: what Buhner (and Scott) said above can be one of the most valuable things for anyone trying to get off any disease.

The RELAXATION that comes after taking the RIGHT herb for you, that he SEES on people, I see on people, when I tap them, when I put my hands in certain places, when I give them the right remedies.

I also feel it clearly in my body, a CLEAR body language.

I know that that is how ANIMALS choose their remedies, their food, that that is how they go search for healing plants!

when you practice a bit, you will get as good as animals!! and you don't need to INGEST to know that that herb /plant / substance is good for you.

Just get close to it (like animals do to certain plants), and wait a bit. The body will feel it.

Like animals feel it!

Of course, Buhner knows it too. His book 'The Secret Teachings of Plants' talks about that 'interaction' between man and plants.

that is exactly how medicine men and women find their new healing plants for thousands of years!

Muscle tests (like the O-ring tests) are just one manifestation of that relaxation Buhner talks about!

If you leave your bodies talk, and feel, you'll discover the full value of some herbs, plants, even cooking spices.

Then you'll feel the value of all energy medicine, like homeopathy.

Let the homeopathic bottle close to you, or take a sugar pellet on the tongue: the bottle and the sugar talk through your 'body language'!

Exactly like herbal tinctures in that Buhner conference!

That is how energy medicine works, in fact, by 'talking' to the body language!

Years ago, when I contacted Buhner, I asked him about some homeopathic substances for lyme.

That was exactly after the publication of his first Healing Lyme book, as I was among the first ones to use his herbs back in 2005.

He told me that he knew nothing, in clear words.
'I don't know homeopathy, sorry', he asnwered.

Just look at his new books, articles: all of them contain homeopathic remedies for lyme!!

How does he know they work, but knew NOTHING about it 10 years ago?!?

Well, he's attentive to body language, it seems... [Wink]

Love, love, love your post! Brussels is spot on about this! We are energy beings. Everything is alive and can feel what it wants and needs and what it doesn't want or need. That is why muscle testing is so important. I can't imagine a day without it.

I went to Buhner's seminar too (really good). I love the notes you posted above on his seminar too--all great info and thank you for posting!

Thank you, Catgirl!

I'm glad at least one person understood what Scott and Buhner were talking about!! [Big Grin]

You will LOVE then these Vital Force products.
Some of them feel AMAZING!!!

Just to add one more point: dr. K, from Seatle.

He used to measure how much a remedy or medicine or plant was useful by measuring the amount of 'yin' it gave to the patient.

That means, in layman words, he was measuring how much was the specific treatment RELAXING the patient.

The logic goes: the more yin (more relaxing) the remedy was, the better it was for the patient!!

Just think about that: you can actually measure how much a treatment is successful by the amount of relaxation it provides!!!

And think again: are lyme patients anxious, angry, nervous, never relaxed?

And again: who said that herxes are good for patients?
Herxes = anxiety, toxicity, nervousness.

------------------------
What is to be well, healthy and healed?

The moment you feel:
- all your muscles in a relaxed state,
- your inner organs somewhat relaxed,
- your mind relaxed to the point of being able to laugh at any moment,
- you may enjoy a nice nap without thinking about anything
- you fully enjoy what you do in that moment (listening to music, cycling, playing something, whatever)
- you enjoy company and solitude
- you feel feet on the ground, 'grounded' in all senses
- you can sleep deep, safe and sound

In short, you are fully relaxed!

So the conclusion is :
RELAXATION = HEALTHY STATE!!
