Herbal Safety considerations & reference books; etc.
BOOKS - Links to many articles and books by holistic-minded LL doctors of various degrees who all have this basic approach in common:
knowing which methods offer assertive & direct impact, which are only support and which are both. And when to use what, how to combine, & when to step back.
You can compare and contrast many approaches with links to articles, books, methods . . . -

I would start Buhner (I used that for my child, since age 2).
And I'm now enjoying many formulas from Vital Force Technology. Easy to use, helps to quiet down.

Brussels, did you start all the products in the protocol at once, or one at a time for your child?

Hi, I usually do ONE at a time, because we both over-react to many things.
My daughter had many allergies since 10 months old, so I've been used to introduce ONE food at a time too. Each food, 2 week trial.
So for herbs, it could be better one herb, at least, one week trial.
They can over-react with herxes AND with allergies or sensitivities (like rash...).
Rash, in my experience, can be 2 things: over-flush of toxins, or allergic reactions.
Pain too: toxins OR allergy.
I'd start with astragalus (the easiest for us), then introduce stuff like cats claw (very slow, due to herxes).
Virtually, by what I hear, EVERYONE with active Borrelia reacts to whole herb cats claw.
We both took it for about 2 years, and I swear that a combo of herbs, homeopathics and supplements could put our multiple lyme disease dormant a few times before we found photon treatment.
Multiple because we had been reinfected so many times during chronic lyme treatment...
