Can anyone attest to their effectiveness? Have heard from Dr. Donna Gates, Dr. Jay Davidson and others of it's usefulness for lyme and confections. Looking on Amazon. Any reccs for which one to get? What coffee? Thanks.

Hey mommy-O,
Cute name! I just now, 5 minutes ago, finished putting this info together on the website so it can be shared (from a LLMD). Was going to share it when I saw your question and dropped in here first in case this can be of help to you.
It has answers to some of your questions, and yes, the coffee enemas are effective from all I know.

Absolutely they are effective!! They are like magic. It can make you feel much better in no time flat. I couldn't do without them.
Use organic coffee; regular coffee is grown often with pesticides that we ban in the US----not what you want.
Take a "coffee break!"

Wow! Thanks Tincup for the link and info.
Yes I have been using 'Coffee Breaks' for years. I won't do without them. It's the fact that it stimulates the glutathione production that is the total miracle!!!
An important point to keep in mind, the caffeine doesn't affect the body the same as when you drink it.
I have A-Fib and only tolerate drinking decaf but the coffee enemas have no affect on the A-Fib. Bravo!!! When I was first dx with the A-Fib (2012) I was afraid to continue the 'coffee breaks'. I finally got brave and guess what? No problem!!!
