Trying to find something to treat my anxiety. Any other recommendations?

Binders. Chlorella, MSM, whatever you take lots of times a day.

Electrolytes, daily.

Liver support herbs, supplements. Milk Thistle is already great.

Lymph support supplements + kidney support supplements.

Homeopathic remedies.

Tapping acupuncture points.

Breathing (yoga exercises).

Meditation.

Grounding.

Avoiding electrosmog (it rises anxiety in most kids).

Added sugar can't be in.

Anything that lowers inflammation will help lower anxiety.

Stress Relief drops (from Vital Force Technology).

Calm drops or Harmony drops (same company above).


Cannabis or hemp oil.

Eating good oils in greater amounts.

Omega 3 is always a good support for brain and nerves.

and of course, good magnesium supplements...
