The makers of Restore claim it is "the" answer for normalizing gut bug/microbiome issues. Before spending money, I'd be happy to get some feedback about that.

I've found a probiotic, VSL3, that deals w/ C. Diff., but it doesn't deal with candida; I'd be happy to switch to "Restore" if it would deal with all of it. Anybody have any feedback on that?

Thanks,
GVS

I would think you would need both.

I have a feeling I would be sensitive to Restore, so I haven't tried it.

I have tried it, not sure it’s helping. I need to give it more time. I only take it once a day because I don’t know if it’s causing constipation or not.
