I went yesterday to pt. I was in so much pain last night I jus lay and moaned.
I did this thing with a stick jus raising and lowering it. then I did shoulder rolls, 20, and then the killer. you push your chest out, neck up slightly, and then move your arms back and squeeze your shoulder blades together.
between my shoulder blades hurt so bad I feel like I have a baseball crammed there. my right arm hurts and is really sore. my entire back feels like you ran over me.
it hurts to breath and sitting up is bad but laying down is worse. right under my ribs in back is sore.
is this normal? they said they would take it slow and easy but, man.
That is way too much activity for the report of your MRI or whatever you had.
Tell them to slow it down even more.
I wish you could locate a good acupuncturist. They are lifesavers.

bet you this is why I hurt so bad between my shoulder blades when I do those exercises.
in some cases I think it's better to leave well enough alone or risk injuring yourself.
I'm going to discuss continuing therapy with dr on wednesday. jus don't feel it's helping. I'm much worse off than before and am now limiting activities like shopping, housekeeping, even riding in a car.
am only getting 3-5 hours sleepdue to pain.
add lyme and you have a perfect storm.
