I have a array of blood tests being done, posted a link in lower comments. I am hoping some will help me.

And then I got to thinking that I should go back and look into some of the blood tests that I have had in the past. Over the years I've been suffering from all kinds of things.

(Never even knew what Lyme was at the time)

Now, I'm starting to think that maybe all the things happening to me were actually related to lyme. (Undiagnosed atm)

Went in for low blood pressure and high resting HR in NOV 2017. I would blackout for a few seconds every time I stood up. So they ran a blood panel. Come to find out:

I have low red blood count, low Hemoglobin, low Hematrcrit and low Absolute Monocytes. However, for once in my life my iron levels were fine.

I have suffered from anemia since I was a kid. I am puzzled by this and wondering if anyone also is similar.

This may not indicate Lyme at all, just wondering since I find it puzzling.

I developed all my symptoms as a child and my anemia started as a child. This is also when I believe I was infected.

I would suggest getting Igenex Western Blot IgG and IgM and seeing what they find. That would be defenitve to me. I’m sorry you’ve been struggling so long! I don’t trust the labcorp etc tests as they leave out bands. Others I’m sure will chime in but that would be my recommendation. Hope you feel better soon!

I am looking into getting some of those tests done soon. I am in the process of figuring out how to go about it. I also just gave 14 viles of blood to run so many tests that I can't remember them all.

We shall see what that tells us and go from there. Hoping my Dr can steer me in the right direction.

Do any of these tests look like they would give me any good answers?

That link doesn’t work for me.

I took teasel root extract for ten days prior to the western blot and I tested positive. Teasel is supposed to draw it out of hiding - I bought an alcohol free brand off of Amazon for $19.

I’m thinking I have babesia though because I have a history of anemia, I am ridiculously exhausted, and I’m cold all the time. For that I will probably take sweet wormwood extract for a week and then have the babesia PCR done through igenex.

I think it’s smart of you to question the testing before you have it done - I hope you will get some answers!

I already had the tests done, but I am going to try and get the Western Blot test done again. I'm worried that since I believe I've had this for many many years that it won't show up.

The ones I'm curious about are:

ANA w/Reflex
TSH+ Free T4
Lyme Ab/ Western Blot Reflex
Lupus Anticoagulant Panel
Febrile Antibody Profile.

I'm having a few more done, but those are pretty routine tests.
