I don't agree with 100% of what he says about lyme, but it's interesting to know he's been talking about the role of chronic viruses and lyme for quite some time.
I think, he's been talking about viruses vehemently, much before the majority of practitioners we know.
The amount of knowledge he accumulated in so many different areas show to me that he's not a fake, at least, not a total fake.
And also, what impresses me is his coherence.
Every article he does, every book he releases, it's not like he changed what he said before, and improved like normal people do...
Or that he learned more and what he said before is not right, so he corrects himself etc...
Nope. His books are not like that.
Like Buhner on coinfections and treatments. He keeps reading, learning, getting feedback from patients, and then changed his first views on lyme (like andrographis is off the core protocol, like the amount he suggested people to take got more 'free' instead of fixed, etc etc).
We clearly feel how Buhner progressed in his knowledge and experience with lyme in his latest books.
That's not what I feel with Anthony William.
He simply keeps adding things, more details to any subject he already had spoken before, the same way, but just more in details.
That's what's 'scary' about him, I find. It does seem he learned all that from other sources than books!

Well, Anthony William's course above has the advantage that it is PRACTICAL.
It offers practical tips for improving your health.
I liked to read that the main cause of MTHFR could be simply a too toxic liver.
And he has a whole book on the liver, for example, what to do, what to eat...
Yes, that's what I like: he's very down to earth concerning practical advice.
One thing I'm grateful is about papaya. I kept listening it was just for constipation, so I avoided papaya (even if I love the taste of it).
In fact, it does not cause loose stools if eaten in moderation, and on the contrary, it even helps my gut to heal.
And papaya is one of the few fruits I can eat AFTER a meal, without bloating, or having pain.
So after reading him, I started buying the bigger papaya (the small is already modified) and feel grateful for this tip.

I literally just bought a bunch of celery to try his celery juice protocol. Anyone on here do it? It sounds like a great detox and health builder.
Trace minerals are so important and most are deficient so in that regard it seems like a no brainer. I typically make smoothies but have never done straight celery juice.
I am paranoid about bugs/pathogens on raw produce so if anyone has a cleaning method they imploy with the celery, let me know. I typically use food grade peroxide in water.

Hey Unsure, just start slow!!!
I don't know what kind of juicer you have, but celery has a lot of fiber.
And if you are not used to eat raw veggies in great amounts, you probably still do not have the right bacteria to digest fibers. You don't need fibers as a human, as far as I understood.
But the good bacteria need. What can happen is bloating.
Did you buy it organic?
He recommends little washing, if organic.
This is to PROTECT the living bacteria living on the veggies and fruits, that have probiotic effect.
But anyway, he said, just start with anything, as long as you take some veggies and fruits.
I see his suggestions more like END suggestions, because it's pretty hard to change your food habits in one day.
I like to chew my veggies, so I rarely take that big amount of celery. I cut in sticks and munch the thing.
The taste is not fantastic, but if you munch it the way a cow does!, slow, and chew it well, you sort of get addicted to it.
I let it beside the car seat, when I'm driving, then eat it like chewing gum. After a while, you feel the antioxidants and electrolytes coming to your brain. It's quite an amazing feeling.
I would not sterilize it, but if that blocks you from eating veggies, why not using peroxide.
I sometimes use baking soda, to 'cancel' pesticides (when I don't buy organic)... It also kills bugs, as it's got high pH. It could be an alternative?
