For an assortment of reasons, I need to increase my intake of minerals and pH. Companies that make ionic minerals sometimes claim that they're better absorbed, and can be taken in smaller quantities than regular minerals, which would be a good fit with my digestive problems.
Does anybody know of a website/company/resource that explains or sells ionic minerals? GVS
