I'm struggling with parasite/protozoan infections again, which are probably part of what's causing this food allergy craziness. I've got some extra Alinia from the last time I was dealing with these infections, but don't remember what infections it specifically kills.
When I see my dr. on Tuesday she's going to let me know what infections I have, but she's going to leave it up to me how to kill them. If my leftover Alinia can do the job, there's no reason not to use it.
Does anybody know of a website that talks about what infections Dr. K. thinks Alinia/Nitazoxanide kills?
Thanks, GVS

My notes say that I used it for blastocystis hominis in 2009 after tinidazole failed to work. My LLMD said it works for some patients. 500mg alinia (10 days at 2x/day)
