The more I can take supplements together, the simpler my day and my life become.

Does anybody know whether taking diatomaceous earth, which is something I take for intestinal parasites, and which has a reputation for possibly absorbing minerals, would keep MSM (SULFUR) and Cromolyn SODIUM from being absorbed effectively if I took all of them together at the same time? Or know of an information source that could tell me?

Thanks,
GVS

I always take diatomaceous earth on an empty stomach. And I hear you, I take 3 separate empty stomach things before breakfast.

All day long there's more to take, which is why I skip diatomaceous earth often.

The only thing worse than taking pills all day and night is having to organize it all in containers.

Diatomaceous earth will prevent absorption of medications and supplements.

If you ingest diatomaceous earth, probably best to take away from any other supplements you swallow.

Personally I got no benefit from DE and decided that the sharp edges of DE might be harmful to the digestive tract. If it can slit the exoskeletons of insects I didn’t want to use it anymore.

Hiker 53,

The authors of the website you cite say they've never encountered a medication that Diatomaceous Earth interferes with.

If you've encountered a website that has hard information about Diatomaceous Earth interfering with supplements, please share it.
