I found out via muscle testing and exam I have sibo, candida and hiatal hernia.
I also have an 11cm uterine fibroid pressing up on my stomach and intestine.
I will be getting a leaky gut test as well.

So I have bad reflux, constant feeling of a burp in my esophagus, watery diarrhea mult days a week. Insides Feel inflamed

I guess I'm venting, but wanted to know if any way to calm down the gut. I'm miserable.
And yes I'm beginning treatment for the sibo. Others will follow.

I'm hoping they're right about all this bc the story of my life has been not knowing the cause of anything and "living with it*. No more!

Lyme wise my nerve pain is my most debilitating symptom but this gi crap is really getting to me. I need hope and positivity. [bonk]

Did you ever explore the MCAS route? I don't remember.

Hi. I'm sorry you dealing with this. GI stuff is the worst.

have you tried DGL Plus or slippery elm to calm inflammation? I have found both helpful.

Also, are you doing any probiotics or Saccharomyces boulardii. These have both helped me with diarrhea.

Binders? Like charcoal could help slow it down too. Hope things calm down soon for you.

If you get on the right mast cell meds you will likely improve quite a bit.

Sibo is not fun, I will say that! Especially if it's methane dominent, harder to get rid of. Still trying after a year and a half.

lisaloo - I know you are new to Lymenet, but you should not use your real name, because this is a public forum with all sorts of people on it. Read this link about it:

http://flash.lymenet.org/scripts/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=2;t=011844;p=0

To remove your name from the signature line, click on "Edit Profile" under Lymenet Flash in the top middle section of the Lymenet page.

Click on "Edit Profile" on the left-hand side, scroll down to "Profile Fields" then down to "Signature". Make your changes, then click "Update Profile".
