Hi All, Have any of you added pectasol to your Lyme diet? I'd like to add it but just wanted to get a feel for whether people have reactions-- either herx or detox or other. I think I took it in the past but can't recall side effects. Is it important to start out slow? Thanks, Eloise

I've never heard of it. What is it supposed to do? -------------------- --Lymetutu-- Opinions, not medical advice!

Apparently it is supposed to help you detox if you have Biotoxin Illness. My herbalist recommended it but also I took it a long time ago but probably not in a scientific way. Here is a nice article I came across: https://www.tiredoflyme.com/lyblog/the-best-ive-felt-thus-far Ritchie Shoemaker apparently talked about it first but this guy in the link says that Marty Ross is also talking about it. Maybe I'll see what they say.
