Natural things that have helped me:
Sleep
-Super Snooze Melatonin with Herbal Blend (Sundown Naturals)(right before sleep)
-lemongrass tea with Sleepy Time tea (2 hours before sleep)
-motherwort tincture(right before bed)

Anxiety
-Skullcap tincture (once or twice a day)

Stress
Stress Response Gaia herbs

Optional
Calms Nerve Tension Sleeplessness (Hyland’s)

*Juice required for me about 4-5 times a week
One of my go to juices
-wheatgrass (helps anxiety, gives energy, helps with concentration)
-green apple (detox and helps digestion)
-cucumber (detox kidneys)
-watercress (detox liver)
-1/3 of lemon (detox)
-celery (detox)
-kale
-carrots

The only thing that works to knock me out is benadryl. I take some an hour before bedtime. It's not natural, tho - it's either OTC or Rx.

I used another all-natural thing to get better sleep, and it was CBD oil. I would not say that it was a panacea for me, but it did help to reduce back pains and anxiety levels. I also started to sleep better and have fewer headaches.
Maybe it is because the general level of stress was lowered, and I could sleep and feel better than before. Now I take CBN bulk to get high from time to time but mostly to keep the anxiety level lower than usual. It is a stronger substance than just oil because it’s an extract. It is legal in the states, but I should still use it carefully because I am not aware of all the states’ juridical peculiarities on the topic.
