Metagenics - reputable - on Amazon also. Likely BID. Green tea extract impacts a toxin called T3SS. Inhibit the toxin and simultaneously hit Bb via other routes. Synergy. I’m beginning it for Cpn.

Interesting article with dosing reference table (most studies were done with green tea extract):
Also found this general green tea vs. green tea extract ratio in a separate article (although not sure how accurate):
"...Based on a liberal dosage qualification, 250 mg of green tea extract was assumed to be equivalent to one cup of green tea. 250 mg of green tea extract (or one cup of green tea) contains approximately 30 mg EGCG and 100 mg of polyphenols..."
